Why We Chose a Different Model
At The Podcast Factory Org, we believe that access to knowledge should remain as open and inclusive as possible.

At the same time, experience has taught us that sustainable knowledge sharing requires time, preparation, infrastructure and long-term commitment. Creating training programmes, maintaining learning resources, organising community initiatives and supporting participants after a training session all involve real costs.

For this reason, our Academy now offers three training approaches adapted to different realities:

* A citizen programme delivered in small groups of up to 10 participants at an accessible rate.
* Programmes designed for associations, nonprofits and community projects.
* Tailored training and support services for SMEs, organisations and institutions.

Regardless of the formula chosen, our objective remains the same: helping people become more autonomous and confident in the development of their podcast projects.

Learning Beyond a Single Training Day
We do not consider learning to end when a training session finishes.

Participants who complete one of our training programmes may revisit the theoretical part of future citizen Podomicast sessions for up to six months after their training, at no additional cost.

This allows creators, association members, communication teams and project leaders to reinforce key concepts, ask new questions that emerged during implementation and continue learning alongside other participants.

Combined with initiatives such as PodMeetup and the wider community around The Podcast Factory Org, this approach helps transform a single training day into a longer learning journey.

A Social Impact Approach
The Podcast Factory Org is a nonprofit organisation.

Revenue generated through training programmes helps sustain our educational activities, maintain community initiatives, invest in new learning resources and continue supporting podcast projects that contribute to culture, inclusion, education and positive social impact.

By choosing one of our programmes, participants do not simply purchase a training session.

They contribute to a wider mission: making podcasting, digital autonomy and responsible communication more accessible to citizens, associations, nonprofits and organisations across Belgium and Europe.

If this vision resonates with you, we would be delighted to support your project.
